The right of cancellation for bookings in the distance<\/h5><p>According to art. 16 letter l) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014, the general right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to accommodation services for purposes other than residential when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.<\/p><p>Therefore, the cancellation policy of your accommodation, for a period to be determined shall be done in accordance to the cancellation policy communicated to you prior to the confirmation by the automatic application of the general term for the last 14 days.<\/p><p>This exception does not limit other rights of the consumers laid down by the law, in the event of non-performance, inadequate performance, or the information to be incorrect.<\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5>11.
